What made you happy as a manager?

I’m happy when I run into customers in my free time, and they tell me,
“I’ve been to your restaurant.”
Another wonderful moment was when guests who told me,
“I used to come here as a kid,” returned as adults with their own children.

What inspired the “pets allowed” policy?

It all started when we got a small dog ourselves
and realized there weren’t many pet-friendly restaurants around.
We thought, “Wouldn’t it be nice to have a place
where people could bring their pets?”
At first, even my father was against it (laughs),
but we decided to give it a try.
